Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

$X flat rate standard shipping (2-3 weeks) to The United States or flat rate $50 for expedited shipping (3 Days).
$X flat rate shipping to [listed countries].

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within 5 miles of The Colony, TX 75056 or within Denton City Limits. For orders under $100, we charge $X for local delivery. (If you are close to this area and want local delivery contact us at TStoneCreations@gmail.com and we can work out a delivery fee based off miles.)
-We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Return & Exchange Policy
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at TStoneCreations@gmail.com within: 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and Ship the items back within: 30 days of delivery.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged-
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
